Minutes
I.  Call to Order / Roll Call Meeting was called to order at 6:10 PM.
A.  Present: Kattie Lim, Billie Single, Gary Arlington, Bing Ong, Athena Randolph, Shirley Evans & George Rios.
B.  Introductions: Everyone present please state your name and organization for the records. Note: Meeting was being recorded as agreed upon by all at the Jan 28,' 02 meeting.

II.  Consent of Agenda: Motion made by Gary Arlington to accepted the agenda as presented. Billie Single seconded motion and all present agreed. M/S/P

III.  Review of Minutes: There were no minutes available.

IV.  Correspondence: None at this time

V.  Treasurer's Report: : Shirley Evans was not able to provide a report at this time. She indicated that she would have it ready for our next scheduled meeting.

VII.  Action Items:
A.  Old Business:
1.  Update of repairs: Billie
There was no report on the emergency repairs at this time. Billie had indicated that Lue had called her about not being paid for some services then he called back and said he did get paid. Evidently Sister Cities had paid the bill in question. Billie was not happy with the invoice not being itemized. Further discussion was held in reference to the TaxPayer ID number we need for Mr. Lamon to pay bills.
Athena Randolph indicated that all of the main players involved with the stabilization would be meeting at the Temple on February 22, 2002. Arrangements to have the Temple open were corrdinated with Mr. Ong. Athena Randolph and the City of Marysville will be applying for two grants to pay for the stablization. The grants are the Heritage Fund Grant and the Save Americans Treasures Grant.
B.  New Business:
1.  Selection of Structural Report Bids
Billie reported that the panel had selected ARG as the company that will conduct the Structural Report. Athena Randolph indicated that we have reached a milestone in our efforts to restore the Temple. Dead line for the report to be done was set to be by mid - October of the year. ARG has set their date as the end of June of this year.
2.  California Mainland - Visit to Temple 2/22/02
George Rios indicated that California Homeland TV Station had called him to set up an appointment to do a feature on the Temple. George had set up for March 8th of '02 due to the need to notify all parties concerned. Final discussion ended up with the correct name of California Heartland channel #6. George wanted to be sure to invite Mr. Paul Chace. Billie indicated that she would contact Paul.

VIII.  Comments from the floor: (Any items not on the agenda that you feel we should discuss at our next scheduled meeting. There will be no actions taken at this time until the subject is on the agenda for discussion by all present.) 
Billie; Donations need to be acknowledged. George indicated he would be taking over the duties of replying to the donators.

IX.  Next scheduled meeting: February 25, 2002 at 6:00 P.M. in City Hall.

X.  Adjournment: There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 6:43 PM.
