VI. Guest Speakers(s) : Deborah Mirande
(Ms. Mirande lives in the foot hills and is currently the Secretary of the Alliance for Hispanic Advancement. Ms Mirande is the organization's Grant writer. She has acquired the group $15,000.00 dollars for the educational advancement of Hispanics last year. She just recently wrote a grant for $7,000.00 in the same areas. The grant funds arrived last week for this year's programs. Ms. Mirande is also in the process of starting up a banking facility in the organization's name. These are only a few of the items she is working on for the Alliance and wishes to assist in her community in other ways.)
