An understanding by all members that no one member of
the Friends of the Marysville Bok Kai Temple will enter
into or accept any type of contractual or otherwise agreement
relative to the Friends of the Marysville Bok Kai Temple
by themselves.

Any such person will need the permission of the full committee
to enter in any type of agreement.
b.
Such dealings will at all times be presented to
the full committee with (3) three bids for whatever the
subject is relative to the restoration of the Bok Kai
