Minutes
I.  Call to Order: Meeting was called to order at 6:10 by Chairman George Rios
Present: Gary Arlington, Shirley Evans, Carol ? , Kay Cockrell, Lim Hall & Georege Rios

II.  Consent of Agenda: M/S/P as presented.

III.  Correspondence: none

IV.  Review of Minutes: September 10, 2001 were reviewed and accepted by all present.

V.  Treasurer's Report: Treasurer's Report was reviewed and accepted as presented by all present

VI. Guest Speaker:
None

VII. Action Items:
A. Old Business:
1. Up-date on Wine Tasting fund-raiser - Kay
Update was given by Kay Cockrell with all is well and she encouraged all of us to seek donations of any item for the silent aution. Tickets were avaible for all to purchase. It was discussed and decided that the funds so raised by the Wine Tasting event would go to restoreation of the Bok Kia Temple. Said funds would be released after all event expenses have been paid.
2. Up-date on Wyatt invoice / Sister Cities
Kay Cockrell indicated that the Sister Cities would be reviewing the invoice for consideration of payment at their next meeting.
3.Up-date on next step to stabilize beam: Athena. Athena was not present due to the severe weather during the day and night.
4. Planning of Friday and Sunday event of the three day Bok Kai Festival. Dates are: Friday, March 15th, March 16 & Sunday, March 17, 2002.
Discussion was held and the review if Vendors who would be willing to participate was requested by Gary Arlington. George indicated he would contact Joan Saundaers and ask her to provide us with an answer.

B. New Business:
1.  City of Marysville -Bok Kai Restoration report
Review of the Bok Kai Restoration Financial Report from the City was made by all present it was also agreed upon by all present to request a report for each meeting.

VIII.  Comments from the floor: (Any items not on the agenda that you feel we should discuss at our next scheduled meeting. There will be no actions taken at this time until the subject is on the agenda for discussion by all present.)

IX. Next meeting: October 8, 2001 at 6:00 P.M. at a location to be announced.

X. There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 7:05 PM.
